License

Snick is licensed, not sold. A one-time purchase of $6.99 USD grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Snick on your Mac(s), subject to the activation limit shown at checkout. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app or circumvent its license check.

Payments & refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record.

Updates

Snick may automatically download and install updates via Sparkle.

Acceptable use

Use Snick lawfully. Snick requires macOS Accessibility permission solely to detect scrolling; you grant this at your own discretion.

Snick is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
